What It Is - This weekly LinkedIn billboard series explored how small physical moments help shape brand perception. Each post highlights a simple idea: thoughtful details can transform ordinary interactions into meaningful brand experiences. Custom bottled water is one example of how businesses can turn a basic necessity into a memorable brand touchpoint.
These billboards were also shared on Facebook throughout the weeks, reinforcing consistent brand messaging across both digital platforms.
The Goal - Introduce the LinkedIn billboard series and position custom bottled water as a memorable brand experience. The statement used on LinkedIn about being away from the platform was not included in the Facebook post for this billboard.
The Why - After not posting for almost 4 yrs, I wanted an authentic way to reintroduce myself and one of the main pillars of this business to my connections and other people who would see these posts.
Memorable businesses don’t just show up online.
They show up in the room.
In healthcare, hospitality, and service industries, small physical details create disproportionate impact.
After being away from LinkedIn for a while, I’m coming back with a “billboard series” on simple ideas that make brands more memorable.
Billboard #1:
Everybody Gets Thirsty.
Whether it’s a patient waiting for an adjustment, a client in a consultation room, or a guest arriving at an event — a thoughtful physical touchpoint (even something as simple as a branded bottle of water) isn’t just hydration.
It’s positioning.
It communicates, instantly:
We thought ahead.
We care about your comfort.
We are intentional with every detail.
In a world full of digital noise, physical presence differentiates.
Small moments shape perception.
Perception builds loyalty.
For those of you in medical, wellness, or service-based businesses — what’s one small physical detail you’ve seen recently that elevated an experience?
The Goal - Show how custom bottled water can act as a simple but powerful first impression for businesses.
The Why - I wanted to show my target audience that giving out branded bottled water is more than giving someone a bottle of water.
First impressions don’t always start with a conversation. Before someone decides whether they trust your business, they experience your brand.
Sometimes that first impression comes through a conversation; other times it’s something even simpler—a moment that shows thoughtfulness and care.
A branded bottle of water can be the first handshake your brand offers. It’s a simple gesture, but it communicates something important:
You pay attention to the details.
You care about the experience people have when they walk through your door.
Small moments shape how people remember your business - because people remember the way you made them feel.
The Goal - Introduce the value of a moving billboard when someone carries a bottle of custom label bottled water with them and how it elevates the company's brand.
The Why - I wanted to show my target audience that custom labeled bottled water can be used as mobile advertising for brand marketing.
Your best advertisement might be the one people carry with them.
When you hand someone a branded bottle of water, your message doesn’t stay in one place.
They carry it with them — across the event floor, into meetings, through the day.
Other people see it.
Your brand stays visible.
The impression lasts longer than a moment.
Custom bottled water quietly extends your reach while creating a positive experience for the person receiving it.
Offering water shows consideration for people’s well-being.
Presenting it with your brand reflects intention, professionalism, and attention to detail.
It communicates that your company cares about how it shows up and how it serves others.
That kind of thoughtful presentation speaks volumes about your commitment to excellence and the future you’re building.
The Goal - Give business owners a picture in their head of using custom bottled water for their business branding.
The Why - Most of the time, people need to imagine themselves doing something before they will do it. They have to have see it working for them and feel good about it. I wanted to introduce 3 scenarios for people to imagine so they could experience the value of how custom bottled water works for their brand in real life action.
Imagine this:
A customer walks into your business.
They’re greeted, they sit down, and they’re handed a cold bottle of water.
Not just any bottle.
Your brand is in their hand.
—
Now imagine this at an event.
People are walking around, talking, connecting…
and everywhere you look, your branded bottled water is in someone’s hand.
They hold it.
They take it with them.
Your brand moves through the crowd — seen, carried, and remembered.
—
Or at an open house.
A potential buyer walks in.
They’re touring the home, taking everything in… and they’re handed a cold bottle of water.
They carry it from room to room.
They take it with them when they leave.
And your name stays with them long after the showing ends.
—
This isn’t just water.
It’s how your brand shows up —
and how long it stays with people after they leave.
Where could your brand show up like this?
The Goal - Position custom bottled water as a reliable branding tool that makes a positive lasting impact on people.
The Why - Business owners don't always think about how they can mimic what big companies do for their branding. Custom bottled water is an easily accessible way for a business to do that. The businesses that focus on their branding tend to be more successful. By relating custom bottled water with Coca Cola and Pepsi, I wanted to get business owners more excited about showing off their brand.
People remember what they see.
There’s a reason companies like Coca-Cola and Pepsi spend millions on branding. They don’t just sell a product—they sell an identity, a lifestyle, a vibe… something people connect to and want to be part of.
They make sure their logo is everywhere—on anything they can—so people carry it with them.
Do you?
Custom bottled water is carried.
It’s remembered.
It’s likable.
It’s healthy.
It’s a simple, relatively inexpensive way to make a brand statement that creates a lasting impression.
That’s what makes it powerful.
That’s what makes you memorable.
It takes something simple and turns it into a visible extension of your brand—something people hold, something others notice, and something that stays with a person after they're gone.
Because once your name is on it,
it’s not just a product anymore.
The Goal - Demonstrate how custom bottled water is a strong branding tool that can become an asset a business is known for.
The Why - Businesses need to be memorable for the doing the right things. Using custom bottled water for events, community outreach, and in-person interactions strengthens their brand awareness in a way customers remember.
Strong brands are built on reliability and trust.
In real life, through every interaction, brand awareness reinforces connection, alignment, and consistency. When people know what to expect, they stay loyal.
Custom bottled water makes a lasting impression. It’s something you can be known for. It’s something people appreciate. It’s something that works.
Brand awareness isn’t random.
The most successful brands are intentional about their mission.
When people know what to expect, they keep coming back.
Custom bottled water extends your brand into real-world moments at events, through customer interactions, and in memorable everyday experiences.
