Ordering custom bottled water is a straightforward process. Once a few key details are confirmed, everything moves quickly from design to production and delivery.
Most orders are packaged in cases of 24 bottles and can be ordered by the case or by the pallet, depending on your needs.
To prepare an accurate quote, we start with the basics—bottle size and quantity. These two factors have the biggest impact on pricing and help determine how the order will be produced and shipped.
If you’re not sure how quantities are typically structured, here are the standard pallet breakdowns:
Once quantity is determined, delivery details are the next step. This includes the delivery ZIP code and the type of location, whether it’s a commercial business, residential address, or a limited-access location like a school, church, or event venue.
If a location does not have a loading dock, liftgate service or inside delivery may be required. In some cases, residential or limited-access deliveries may include additional delivery charges.
Bottle size availability can vary depending on the bottling location closest to you. Here are the bottle sizes that are available by region::
After the order details are confirmed, a label template is provided so your design can be created. If needed, assistance can be provided to ensure the label is properly formatted.
A label proof is then created for approval. Once the proof is approved, payment is collected and the order moves into production.
Production and delivery typically takes about 10 - 14 days, depending on the size of the order.
Planning ahead helps ensure your order arrives on time, especially for events or scheduled use.
For customers who prefer pickup instead of delivery, that can be arranged at our bottling locations.
